Not just smaller.
A healthy micro church is not simply a smaller version of a big one, and planting one is not doing less of what others do more of.
This two-day, coach-driven experience helps you uncover the foundational principles beneath the community you are building. You will work from your actual story, calling, and context instead of borrowing someone else’s model.
The training is built as the beginning of a cohort, not a one-time information dump. The aim is clarity now and lasting support as your Ethos becomes practice.
Our time together
Two days. Four modules.
Friday centers on Story and Identity. Saturday moves through Discipleship and Multiplication, ending with commissioning and concrete next steps.
Identity
02- What makes what you are building truly church?
- How should people describe the community?
- What convictions and practices must remain at the center?
Discipleship
03- What does it mean to live out Jesus’ commission here?
- What are healthy measures of success?
- How will discipleship be sustained over time?
Multiplication
04- Why, when, and how will you multiply?
- What health should be carried forward?
- How can multiplication become part of the community’s DNA?
