Cowork Network
About

Doing good is always good.

A platform for people who are building, leading, and participating in good work.

What Cowork Network is.

Cowork Network is a place to be vulnerable with incomplete ideas, and to trust oneself and others as those ideas are held up to the light and examined. A place for people who are stuck, starting, or otherwise seeking to shorten the distance between where they are and where they are called to be.

It is centered on in-person connection through workshops, 1:1, and small group coaching — supported by resources, knowledge sharing, and real relationships. Once refined, this concept can travel, scale, and multiply. More people and more places can be empowered to do more of this, and communities will benefit from it.

These events are designed to energize the flywheel of community — 1:1 coaching, formed friendships, sharing of resources, and ultimately confidence in moving forward.

Three topic areas.

Workshops and coaching are organized around three areas where good work happens.

Micro-Church Planting

How do small, decentralized community groups grow and multiply? Workshops and coaching for people starting or strengthening micro-church communities.

Business As Mission

How does your work serve something larger than the bottom line? Practical and theological training for business owners and leaders who want their work to matter.

Leadership & Startups

How do you build an organization that is healthy, sustainable, and worth building? Coaching and workshops for founders, leaders, and people building from the ground up.

Trust → Ownership → Investment

01

Trust

Everything starts with showing up. Cowork Network is built around face-to-face relationships — not digital networks or event funnels. Trust is built slowly, in person, over shared meals and honest conversations.

02

Ownership

Community grows when people move from attending to owning. Ownership means finding the specific contribution you are made to make — and carrying it without waiting for permission.

03

Investment

The goal is not growth for its own sake. Investment means building something that outlasts you — organizations, relationships, and practices that serve people well over the long term.

Where we come from.

Business on Purpose / Forward

Cowork Network is connected to the Business on Purpose and Forward ecosystem — practical frameworks for building organizations that serve people, not just shareholders.

BAM Training

Business as Mission training gives leaders the theological and practical language to understand how their work can serve God and their community — not just their bottom line.

Micro Church Integration

Cowork Network is not a church. But it is built around the same convictions that drive micro church: that small, decentralized community groups are often more powerful than large institutions.

Corner Church

Cowork Network is a Corner Church initiative — sharing the same relational posture, the same commitment to ordinary people doing good work, and the same belief that community is built face to face.

Good work is already happening.

Cowork Network helps people find it, strengthen it, and multiply it. Start by starting a conversation.
